Edmond Oklahoma is an upscale suburb of Oklahoma City 12.5 miles south of the Lazy E Arena offering a wide variety of dining and shopping opportunities. It is where most of the hotels are located.
Guthrie Oklahoma was Oklahoma's first Capitol. It has retained its unique Victorian architecture a offers great dining and antiquing opportunities. Guthrie is just 12.5 miles north of the Lazy E arena.
Bricktown is Oklahoma City's premier destination, located 28 miles south of the Lazy E Arena. Bricktown is where it is happening. This is a recent result of a massive metropolitan rehabilitation project and features a canal lined with numerous shops and restaurants, a Bass Pro Shop, a baseball stadium, and the home of the Oklahoma Thunder NBA team.
Route 66 - you've heard of it, you've probably even driven on it, now you can visit some of the legendary Route 66 landmarks that are just 10 miles from the Lazy E Arena. Arcadia Oklahoma is home to two such destinations - Pops and the Round Barn. At Pops you can enjoy a really good burger and fries, and over 600 flavors of pop from all around the world. The Round Barn is unique in its design and has a great gift shop.
